Setup Guide When eSIM Isn't Working

· Make sure your settings match the installation guide exactly.

· Follow the steps below in order.

· If the issue persists, please contact customer support.

If your device is set to 5G Preferred, try switching to LTE if your connection is weak or unstable.
Your device may stay connected to a weak 5G signal, which can affect performance.
LTE often offers more stable coverage and may improve connectivity.

Go to Settings → Cellular → Network Selection and turn off automatic selection.

In some cases, your device may not connect to the network automatically.
If that happens, select LG U+ from the available networks.

If LG U+ is not listed, move to an area with better signal and try again.

Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings.

This may help resolve issues caused by incorrect or unstable network settings.

⚠️ Saved Wi-Fi passwords will be removed.

In most cases, the APN is configured automatically.

However, in some cases it may not be set correctly, which can prevent mobile data from working.

Check if the APN is properly configured on your device.

If it is missing or incorrect, enter it manually using the information provided in your voucher.

* APN is case-sensitive

* Enter the values exactly as shown on your voucher
