ROMINGSTAR LIMITED is an authorized distributor of LG U+ prepaid SIM products.

By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


2. Products

We offer the following products:

LG U+ eSIM

  • Delivered digitally via email immediately after purchase
  • Requires a compatible and unlocked device
  • Must be activated within 60 days from the date of purchase

LG U+ SIM Card Voucher

  • Delivered digitally via email
  • Redeemable at LG U+ roaming centers located at:
    • Incheon International Airport Terminal 1
    • Incheon International Airport Terminal 2
    • Gimpo International Airport (International Terminal)
    • Gimhae International Airport (International Terminal)
  • Physical SIM is issued upon presentation of the voucher at the airport

3. Eligibility

  • eSIM products require a compatible and unlocked device
  • Customers are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchase
  • SIM card vouchers must be redeemed in South Korea at designated LG U+ counters

4. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout
  • Products will be delivered to the email address provided by the customer
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is accurate and accessible
  • We are not responsible for any foreign exchange differences, bank fees, or payment processing charges

5. Delivery

  • eSIM and SIM voucher details are sent via email immediately after purchase
  • If not received within 15 minutes, please check spam/junk folders
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or mailbox limitations

6. Cancellations and Refunds

eSIM

  • eSIM products are digital goods and are considered delivered once sent via email
  • All eSIM purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is placed

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable local laws.

SIM Card Voucher

  • SIM card vouchers may be cancelled and refunded prior to redemption at the airport, provided the voucher has not been used
  • Once redeemed, the product is considered used and is non-refundable

7. Activation and Validity

  • eSIM activation occurs when the eSIM first connects to the LG U+ network in South Korea
  • The eSIM must be activated within 60 days from the date of purchase
  • Failure to activate within this period may result in expiration without refund
  • The validity period of the data plan may vary depending on the product purchased. Please refer to the product page for details

8. Service Features and Usage

  • Services are provided within South Korea using the LG U+ network
  • SIM products include a Korean phone number (010 number)
  • By default, services are data-only

Voice calls and SMS:

  • May be enabled after identity verification at LG U+ counters in accordance with local regulations
  • Require additional balance/top-up
  • Charges apply for outgoing calls and messages

Important notice regarding phone number usage:

  • The assigned phone number may not be eligible for identity verification, authentication, or registration purposes required by certain Korean online services, financial institutions, or government systems
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party verification systems

Customers are responsible for:

  • Correctly installing and activating the eSIM
  • Ensuring proper device compatibility

Network performance:

  • Data speeds and service quality may vary depending on location, device, and network conditions

9. Prohibited Use

  • Products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold without prior authorization
  • The use of the SIM for illegal activities is strictly prohibited

If unlawful use or suspicious activity is detected:

  • Service may be suspended immediately without refund
  • The case may be reported to relevant authorities

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product
  • We are not liable for:
    • Network performance, coverage, or service quality provided by LG U+
    • Device incompatibility or incorrect installation
    • Failure to activate or use the service within the validity period
    • Travel disruptions, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • government actions or regulations
  • telecommunications network failures
  • airport closures or operational disruptions
  • pandemics or public health emergencies

In such cases, obligations may be suspended or modified without liability.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable local laws.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.


13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Material changes will be notified via a prominent notice on the website or, where appropriate, by email to registered customers.


14. Privacy Policy

15. Intellectual Property
