Refund policy
eSIM
LG U+ eSIM products are digital goods. Upon purchase, installation instructions and activation details are delivered immediately to the customer via email.
All eSIM purchases are final.
Once the eSIM details have been sent to the customer, the order is considered fulfilled and no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted.
Activation of the eSIM occurs when the eSIM first connects to the LG U+ network in South Korea.
The eSIM must be activated within 60 days from the date of purchase. Failure to activate within this period may result in expiration without refund.

- Data plan validity periods vary by product. Refer to the product page for details
- Network speed and performance may vary depending on location, device, and network conditions
- The assigned phone number may not be eligible for identity verification or authentication services in South Korea

However:
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices
- We are not responsible for issues caused by unsupported devices, incorrect installation, or user error
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the digital content has been delivered and expressly waive any applicable withdrawal or cancellation rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable laws.
SIM Card (Airport Pickup Voucher)
LG U+ SIM card products are delivered as a digital voucher via email upon purchase.
The voucher can be exchanged for a physical SIM card at LG U+ counters located in Korean international airports.
- Cancellations and refunds are accepted prior to redemption at the airport, provided the voucher has not been used
- Once the voucher has been exchanged for a physical SIM card, the product is considered used and no cancellations, refunds, or returns will be accepted

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and original payment method.
