We do not ship physical items by post or courier. No physical delivery address is required at checkout.
1. LG U+ eSIM
- Delivery method: Digital delivery via email
- Delivery time: Immediately upon successful payment
What you receive:
- eSIM installation instructions
- QR code activation details
eSIM orders are considered delivered and fulfilled once the eSIM details have been sent to the customer.
If you do not receive your eSIM within 15 minutes:
Please:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify that your email address was entered correctly at checkout
- Contact us at support@lguplussim.com if the issue persists
2. LG U+ SIM Card (Airport Pickup Voucher)
- Delivery method: Digital voucher delivered via email
- Delivery time: Immediately upon successful payment
What you receive:
- A digital voucher that can be exchanged for a physical SIM card
Voucher redemption locations:
- Incheon International Airport – Terminal 1
- Incheon International Airport – Terminal 2
- Gimpo International Airport (International Terminal)
- Gimhae International Airport (International Terminal)
The physical SIM card is issued upon presentation of the voucher at designated LG U+ counters.
Please note:
- Counter operating hours and availability may vary
- Customers are responsible for visiting the appropriate counter for redemption
3. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by:
- Incorrect email addresses provided at checkout
- Emails blocked or filtered by spam filters
- Mailbox storage limitations or provider restrictions
- Customer-side email settings or technical issues

4. No International Shipping
As all products are delivered digitally:
- No physical shipping is involved
- No international shipping fees apply
- No customs duties or import taxes apply
