Must Read Before Use

  • Do not delete your eSIM after installation. Once removed, it cannot be reinstalled.
  • Refunds are not available once the eSIM has been issued or activated.
  • Do not scan the QR code multiple times. The eSIM can only be installed once per device.
    If installation fails, please contact support before retrying.
  • For personal use only. Commercial use, spam, or abnormal usage may result in service restrictions.

Device & Installation

  • Only eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked devices are supported.
  • Device compatibility may vary by model and region.
    Some devices (e.g., Google Pixel, OPPO) may not be supported on the LG U+ network.
  • An internet connection is required for installation. (Airport Wi-Fi is available)

Phone Number

  • A Korean phone number (010) will be assigned.
  • Incoming calls and SMS are available after completing identity verification upon arrival in Korea.
  • Outgoing calls and SMS require additional balance top-up.
  • This number cannot be used for Korean mobile identity verification (e.g., online services or banking).

Can I install multiple eSIMs on one device?

Depending on the device, multiple eSIM profiles may be stored.

However, the number of eSIMs that can be active at the same time may be limited by the device policy.

Our eSIM is intended for one purchase, one device, and one installation.

What should I do if the eSIM does not work after installation?

① Please check that you are currently in Korea and connected to the LG U+ network.

② Turn airplane mode on and off.

③ Restart your device.

④ Reset your network settings and try reconnecting.

Can I use my existing SIM card together after installing the eSIM?

Yes, if your device supports Dual SIM with an eSIM and a physical SIM card, you can use both lines at the same time.

However, Dual SIM support may vary by device model, so please check your device specifications.

What should I do if my eSIM cannot be installed?

① Please check that your device is connected to the internet.

② Please check that your device supports eSIM.

③ Please make sure you are scanning the correct QR code.

Can I reinstall my eSIM after deleting it?

No. Once an eSIM has been installed and activated, it cannot be reinstalled on the same device or transferred to another device.

Please be careful before installation, as scanning the QR code multiple times or attempting repeated installation may cause the eSIM to expire.
