Do I need to remove and replace my existing SIM card?
Yes, you need to remove your existing SIM card and insert the LG U+ SIM card.
Please keep your existing SIM in a safe place so you do not lose it.
After returning home, insert your original SIM again to restore your usual number.
Will my number be activated right after SIM card activation?
After inserting the SIM card and connecting to the LG U+ network in Korea, data will be activated automatically.
Korean phone number and call/text features are activated after identity verification at the airport roaming center.
What should I do if I lose my SIM card?
Lost SIM cards cannot be reissued.
Customers are responsible for lost SIM cards, and a new purchase is required.
Since eSIMs do not have the risk of physical loss, we recommend purchasing an eSIM.
What size is the SIM card?
The SIM card is provided in nano-SIM size.
Most current smartphones, including iPhone, Samsung, and LG devices, use nano-SIM.
If you need an adapter for your device, please ask the airport counter staff.
Can I use this SIM card on my phone?
It can be used on most unlocked devices.
However, devices with a country lock or carrier lock may not be supported.
